NABI_KUBE, UN NUOVO PROGETTO CREATIVO, IN ANTEPRIMA DA NABI.INTERIOR DESIGN

Soft lamps with optical fabrics,  highly original furnishing accessories  ,  dresses  with precious fabrics,  works of art in concrete . These are some of the elements in dialogue with each other  at Nabi.Interior Design  in via Chiatamone.

The space was the scene of a meeting in recent days, as part of the 14th edition of  Wine and the City , between different languages of creativity, brought together to celebrate a  new project  and seal the synergy between the architecture and interior design studio with  Angela Solla , a maison of high-end wedding dresses.

The new ambitious project is called  “Nabi_Kube”  and consists of a collection of  fashion objects  designed by  Anna Palladino   alongside  design objects  created mainly by  Biancamaria Santangelo .

The themes, colours and materials used to create this collection with an  eclectic  and  exclusive spirit will act as
a common thread .

For the June event, the first models were exhibited, alongside creations by architect friends, some of which have won multiple awards and been exhibited in past editions of the Salone del Mobile.

But for 2023, the year that also marks the tenth anniversary of NABI’s foundation, the goal is to define and put into production the entire Nabi_Kube collection.

Designers and their creations from Nabi.Interior Design

Gennaro Comunale  exhibited his  “T-lights” , lamps made entirely by hand with graphics and colours designed to lighten even the most austere environments;

Salvo Martorana , exhibited the simple and essential design of  “Luchef” , a chef’s hat that becomes a lampshade, an expression of his passion for cooking, and  “Mariantonietta” , a rechargeable outdoor lamp, so called because its shape recalls that of a stylised guillotine!

Anna Fresa  exhibited  “Ipazia Fruit Bowl” , a design object that was born as a fruit bowl and is inspired by the elliptical orbits of the planets.

Emilia Abate Sellitti and Francesco Rotondale of  Studio 74ram  presented  #ognunohailsuofaro , a graphic project inspired by the most difficult days in which we all look for a light that never goes out.

Sabrina Masala  brought to the event the vivacity of her  “Colour Coast Collection” , a wallpaper produced by  Wall&deco’,  a company now known throughout the world for its refined and imaginative wallpapers. Specifically, this creation is born from the reinterpretation of traditional Vietri ceramics.

Daniele Della Porta and Clara Nardiello  have proposed  “ALFABETILE” , a new language with which tiles, expressed in letters, create floors and coverings capable of communicating with spaces.

Nabi.Interior Design and Anna Palladino’s clothes for Angela Solla

Anna Palladino , designer of  Maison Angela Solla , proposed enchanting dresses, some super finished; others just basted around the mannequin, to enhance the idea of the shape in its primary idea and  the very precious fabrics  with which these dresses were made.

I brought a piece of Italian tailoring history here to NABI; among the fabrics on display there is also an original fabric from Maison Valentino which I am particularly fond of because it has belonged to our family for many years.

– explains Anna Palladino

From Nabi_kube the art exhibition CEMENTO

Finally, art, with  Marcello Silvestre  and his  CEMENT , the material through which the artist, making concrete the internal struggle of every existence, questions the memory of man through his own experience, translating it into sculpture.

Silvestre’s cement men are linear, rigorous and multifaceted corporeities, but sensitively scratched by the path of life.

The exhibition is open to the public  until September 30 .
